All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Mater Dei Aromas experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number.

Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used candles. Sale items are final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will make it right.
